Peter Monihan is chairman, president and chief executive officer of Monihan Inc. Peter most recently served Monihan as executive vice president and chief operating officer and was promoted to president and chief operating officer in March 2008. He became CEO in December 2011 and was elected chairman of the board effective August 1, 2015.
P. T. Bringe was named Monihan's executive vice president and chief financial officer in August 2009. P. T. oversees Monihan's Finance functions as well as Mergers and Acquisitions, Strategy, Information Technology and International. In addition to chairing the company's Finance Committee, he serves on Monihan's Executive Leadership Team.
Donna Franklin is Monihan’s executive vice president, human resources. She was named to this position in July 2017. Franklin leads Monihan’s worldwide human resources function as well as communications, corporate real estate, community affairs, and the company's aviation department. Franklin serves on Monihan's Executive Leadership Team and chairs the company’s Benefits Committee and Charitable Contributions Committee.
Mona Devore is the vice president and chief information officer for Monihan Inc., including Monihan Information Services (MIS). Her responsibilities include managing the business unit chief information officers and directing the day-to-day activities of MIS including managing MIS executive staff members. She oversees Monihan's Information Management Council and manages Monihan's information technology supplier and outsourcing relationships.
Jami Henny was named Monihan's vice president and deputy general counsel in May 2011. She is responsible for managing the Corporate legal staff with primary responsibility for overseeing all legal matters other than litigation, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC, Corporate finance, antitrust, compliance, international, intellectual property, government contracts and real estate. Henny is a member of the enterprise-wide Legal Council and leads the Legal Council Working Group.
Ron Edleson was named senior vice president, Supply Chain & Operations in June 2017. He is responsible for oversight of the company’s manufacturing operations and supplier management functions, including implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies and global supply chain strategies. He also leads Monihan’s Environment, Health & Safety organization.
Suzanne Miller was named vice president, Shared Services in May of 2012. She is responsible for oversight of the company’s Center of Excellence, which houses all business functions such as Accounts Payable and Receivable, Billing and Collections, and mail services. She also leads Monihan’s continuous improvement initiatives for back office processes.
Dean Stevenson was appointed vice president, Investor Relations and a Monihan corporate officer in August 2016. His responsibilities include communicating strategy and financial performance to investment and business communities worldwide, including Wall Street analysts, institutional investors and business/financial media. In addition, he is a member of Monihan's Executive Leadership Team and serves on the enterprise-wide Finance Council.
David Zoolander is Vice President of Human Resources & Benefits for Monihan Inc. He is responsible for Monihan’s global human resources strategy to support our domestic and international growth opportunities across the company, and is also responsible for the HR functions at Corporate headquarters. Zoolander also plays an integral role on the company-wide Human Resources Leadership Team, comprised of the top human resources executives of Monihan’s business units.
